font i used mitre square and tube of choice
Im using the fantastic artwork of skyscrap pinups
new image 650 x 650
copy and paste elements as a new layers for this tut
when you resize or rotate a element it can cause it to be a bit blurry so sharpen each

elem 63 100% dup and mirror
elem 58 55%
elem 59 40% dup and mirror
elem 71 40%
elem 72 50% and 60%
elem 19 60%
elem 11 100% dup and mirror

elem 34 30% and 60%

elem 39 100% dup and mirror for the clouds
add drop shadows to layers
merge and resize
paper 3 85% apply ginas mask 122
add your name and copyright
save as a png
