supplies needed:
psp this tut was done in psp 8
font i used jennifer lynne and tube of choice
Im using the fantastic artwork of Keith Garvey
open new image 650 x 650
copy and paste each element as a new layer
after you resize some elements you need to sharpen them
apply drop shadow as you go

paper 7 into the frame
elem 68 60% and 100%
elem 31 50%
elem 27 70%
elem 45 45% rotate 50
elem 73 25%
elem 40 70%
elem 7 30%
elem 10 40%
elem 66 15%
elem 8 30%
elem 20 30% and 40%
elem 32 100%
elem 53 100%
paper 8 apply wsl mask 99
add your name and copyright
save as a png
