Im using the fantastic artwork of Vinegar
go HERE to get tubes
and license.
DO NOT use the tube without a license
Filters used : Eye candy gradient glow
Font of choice, i used Mitre Square
copy and paste
each element as a new layer
after you resize some elements you need to sharpen them
apply drop shadow as you go

paper 30 onto circle frame
elem 62 55% rotate 35% left dup and
mirror
elem 64 40% rotate 35 left dup and
mirror

merge layers and sharpen
paper 43 85% apply wsl mask 84
